I Am PURE — 28-Day Reflection & Practice Guide

I Am PURE

28-Day Reflection & Practice Guide

This 28-day journey invites you to gently live the phrase “I Am PURE” Each day offers a theme, a reflection prompt, and a simple practice. Move through the four weekly rhythms of remembering, meeting emotions, living as pure awareness, and resting in integration. Write softly, feel deeply, and allow each breath to remind you of your natural purity.
